Two things happened.

1. My kiddos wanted to decorate Christmas cookies.

And 2. I had moved to a new town & my cookie lady was 2 hours away, so I decided to be my own cookie lady.

And as they say, the rest was history.

I'm originally from a small town near Galveston. In October 2019, with my husband Isaac, & our three beautiful kiddos, Tristynn, Tailynn, & Trenton, we moved to Taylor to put down permanent roots.

After those first Christmas cookies in 2020, I was hooked. I kept decorating for practice & began creating custom work in July 2021. When my business started, I lived off a County Road on the outskirts of Taylor, where County Road Cookie Co. was born. In 2023, we bought our home in the city limits & left the County Road behind. Now we're closer to schools, the kid's friends, & my wonderful clients. I take pride in my work & I want you to know that I put my whole heart into creating each little edible piece of art. It's a labor of love & I hope to do it for many years to come! I wear many hats for my business, so everything you see is 100% a one-woman show. I'm the social media manager, the scheduler, the baker, the decorator, the packaging department, quality control, the designer, the photographer, & the IT department.

And the last thing you'll learn about me, if you haven't realized it by now, is I talk a whole lot.
